Mocktail

Definition
Noun: A non-alcoholic drink that is made of mixed juices, and looks and tastes like a cocktail.

Example:
Melissa enjoyed a mocktail with the girls because she had to drive to the airport later that evening.

The word 'mocktail' is a play on the words 'mock' and 'cocktail'. A cocktail is a mixed alcoholic drink, and 'mock' means to copy or mimic something.

Mocktails are served in most places that serve Cocktails, and are a great alternative for people who don't want to drink alcohol but do want to socialise and enjoy a great night out with friends drink!

Non alcoholic beers (near beer) and wines are also becoming more available in pubs and clubs throughout the world to cater for people who want to have a good time without the hangover!
