Life @ Kaplan: The Kaplan Experience Journal
What is the Kaplan Experience journal?
Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting our two London schools and presenting them with our brand new Kaplan Experience journal. The Kaplan Experience journal is a small scrapbook, which will be shared with every Kaplan school in the world.
What does each college have to do?
Students from each Kaplan school will fill in two pages of the journal with their very own messages to the Kaplan community. Once they have filled out the journal, they will then send it on to the next college on the list, who will then do the same. The journal will continue around the world until the journal reaches its final destination at our Auckland school.
The journal has already started its journey in London. Alisa, who is from Russia and studying at our Leicester Square school, has shared her experience about seeing a Chelsea football match. Karla, who is from Venezuela and studying at our Covent Garden school, used the journal to thank her friends, teachers and host family for an amazing time.
What goes in the journal?
We love hearing about our students’ experiences, so what they share is really up to them! It can be anything from a special memory, a day in the life diary entry, photos from an event, or even something like a recipe from their home country that they want to share with other students! They can tell us about the special people they've met and their favorite things about studying abroad.
How can I follow the journal?
We will be following the journal very closely and will be giving constant updates on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. If you are a student at one of our colleges and would like to know more about how you can leave your mark in the journal, you can get in touch with us or speak to your Social Organiser.
Thanks to all of our students taking part– we can’t wait to see all your entries!
