Explore one of London’s beautiful parks

London has so many amazing parks where you can relax, tan, have a picnic, or play sports with your friends. You should definitely visit Richmond Park, the largest of the capital's eight Royal Parks and a National Nature Reserve. Get ready to see some wildlife up close, such as deer, birds, and wildflowers.

You should also check out the amazing Kensington Gardens, located in Hyde Park, or spend a day exploring the beautiful nature of Kew Royal Botanic Garden. If you want to catch a glimpse of the city’s skyline, Primrose Hill might be the right place for your picnic, especially if you go at the end of the day to watch the sunset.

Experience some culture – visit the museums

It’s best to hang out in museums on rainy days, right? Not always! London has some amazing museums that are worth visiting during spring. The Victoria & Albert museum, for example, has a beautiful garden with a water fountain in the center – it’s just the perfect place to have a snack and relax.

The Tate Modern museum is another great option. Besides having fun and modern exhibitions, the museum also has a balcony where you can see St Paul’s Cathedral and Millennium Bridge. And with its recent expansion, the Tate Modern also has a rooftop where you can see London’s incredible skyline.
